
A regional leadership team across APAC and Africa was navigating unclear ownership, fragmented ways of working, reactive communication and limited connection to the wider global strategy.
We began with a Leadership Insights phase, using surveys, people data and one-on-one interviews with senior and regional leaders. From there, we created and facilitated leadership offsites, online group coaching and individual coaching to build shared purpose, clearer team behaviours and regional strategic priorities.
Impact:The work created greater clarity, stronger collaboration and renewed energy across the region. Wellbeing scores increased from an average of 2/5 to 4/5 across leadership workshops. During the partnership, the region scaled from 300+ to 800+ employees within 18 months, while turnover remained consistent.
