
Following staff turnover and leadership change, the leadership team was feeling disconnected and uncertain. Many middle and senior leaders had not previously received formal leadership training.
We delivered the Modern Leadership Program across two years, focused on mattering, potential, relationships, freedom, change and adaptive leadership.
Impact: The program delivered measurable uplift across key leadership capabilities, including a 25.86% increase in leaders’ ability to unlock growth in team members, a 22.22% increase in awareness of how leaders help or hinder others’ growth, and a 17.14% improvement in creating teams where people feel seen, heard and valued.
