
Following the acquisition of 17 centres across regional Western Australia, this organisation needed to unite its Board, Executive Team and wider workforce under one shared identity.
We facilitated strategic workshops to co-create a refreshed purpose, mission, values and three-year strategy. The process helped define practical behaviours, strategic priorities, goals and success measures to support a stronger, more unified organisation.
Impact: The work strengthened alignment between the Board and Executive Team and helped create greater unity across the regions. The new identity was launched at an annual summit, where one Centre Manager shared, “I’ve been to many summits and this is by far the most connected I feel.”
