
As the organisation continued to grow, it needed a consistent and scalable approach to leadership development.
We co-created two leadership pathways: Pathway to Management for Emerging Leaders and Pathway to Leadership for Senior Leaders. The programs include capability frameworks, six-month learning journeys, interactive workshops, coaching, practical tools and feedback loops.
Impact: Early indicators show more consistent leadership behaviours, stronger collaboration, increased confidence in leading through complexity and clearer alignment between leadership actions and organisational priorities.
