Elevating Leadership for Young People
Working with the Leadership group at Seton College as each Leader completed our Modern Leadership Certification across 3 months brought many moments or joy, realisation and meaning as support and guide our Leaders of tomorrow.
Leadership + Strategy Across Australia and Singapore
Sydney brought connection and growth when the Regional Leadership Team from Page Group came together as we unpacked the New World of Work and how their Leaders can stay progressive, open and learning. We unpacked megatrends, UN goals, and how we scale Mattering across all teams, so our people know they’re valued so they can add value.
Elevating Human Leadership Skills at Every Level
Phoenix Metal Group’s leadership embraced the Modern Leaders Program at every level within the company from the ground up. What this made possible? 2024 was a year of stronger collaboration and problem-solving. As Peter Daly shared, “Modern Leaders is by far the best training I’ve done—it asks tough questions and gives tools we can apply straight away.”

Where Purpose + Innovation collide. What a trip Opening the Curtin Ignition Program in 2024 with a keynote on Purpose and embedding it from the inception of your start-up. We inspired 86 delegates (Founders) to dig deep into their “why” and how it is positively impacting and solving some of the world’s problems.
Unlocking Potential with Creative + Communication Agency Owners
Facilitating the quarterly IN:WA Owners and Leaders Assembly has been a journey of reflection, awareness and growth. We unpacked the power of recognition and rewards, what values actually are and how behaviours act as the competency and performance framework and ended with navigating challenging times with a Modern SWOT and a robust value proposition.
Access + Equity and the Regions
Meaningful work comes in many shapes and forms and working with the Board and Executive Team of one of the most respected and progressive Education providers in Western Australia to evolve their strategy through purpose, access and equity - brought a deep sense of satisfaction and gratitude.
Building Connection, Trust and Vulnerability with the SLT
Sitting at the table having the hard conversations is about leaning into the vulnerability, sharing from a place of curiosity and listening deeply with openness. This is what respect truly is and this Leadership Team had it in spades. Thank you Applus+

As a B Local Lead, building the connection between other like-spirited businesses on the path of creating an equitable and sustainable future for all starts with one conversation at a time. We are grateful for all support, wisdom and energy this community brings to Western Australia.
IN:WA Panel Event
Holding space for dynamic conversations that move that catalyse change is what IN:WA’s panel events are all about. From topics such as: The Power of Culture to Building Meaningful Relationships and the final fiery debate of the year, Creative vs. Commercial, these conversations bring all levels of agency and creative industry people together to share, connect and learn.
Alchemy: A Night of Innovation
Our 6th Innovation Showcase with partners Boola Bardip and StartUp WA where we hear from 10 of our state’s top Innovators from Clean Energy, Agriculture + Farming, Mining and DeepTech we connect, collaborate and celebrate the diverse talent in our state, empowering the new generation of ideas and leaders to connect to funding, investors and networks.
SEVENTEENx: The New World of Work
At SEVENTEENx, we explored how leadership must evolve in a world of constant change and contradiction. We unpacked the polarities that exist within our systems and structures and how to embrace these not as opposing sides but as a way to be present to the voices that are fighting to be heard. The ultimate vision, everyone matters.
AICD Director Course
Five years in the making, and it was worth the wait! Bringing together 24 board members and executives from around the globe for a week of transformative learning with AICD. The camaraderie and insights will last a lifetime.
Cape 2 Cape CEO Trek
Last May, our Founder Jennifer McMahon joined Cape 2 Cape CEO Trek taking an incredible 150,000+ steps across 5 days and 128kms, supporting youth mental health with Zero2Hero. A journey of heart, grit, and purpose—every step making a difference. Their trek of 24 Leaders and CEO’s raised over $750,000.
Blue Growth Conference - Diving Into the Future of the Blue Economy
At the Blue Growth Conference, we brought together 160 passionate minds to explore nature’s role in tackling climate change and shaping the Blue Economy. From Uluu and Fremantle Seaweed tours to workshops overflowing with innovation, the energy was electric. We’re deeply grateful to our partners and supporters for their unwavering commitment to sustainable oceans and a brighter future for all.
