Using Modern People’s values tool, Boutique Advisers identified benevolence, hedonism, and achievement as their collective company values that underpinned their characteristics. What does this mean? Benevolence is favouring meaningful connections, hedonism is the pursuit of fun, levity and laughter and achievement is the drive for success and accomplishing goals.
