Building Purpose-Driven Leaders

The Challenge:

How do you equip middle management, heads of school, and heads of houses to thrive in a fast-changing and modern world? For SETON Catholic College, it was about developing Modern Leaders—leaders equipped with six core skills to create a culture where people and progress flourish.

What We Did:

SETON leaders completed our Modern Leadership Program certification, working through six foundational pillars:

  • Showing people they matter every day

  • Seeing others’ strengths – even before they do

  • Creating great relationships across teams

  • Empowering people to do things their way – with our support

  • Learning what holds us back and propels us during change

  • Creating meaningful work for every person in our team

By completing this program, SETON leaders gained practical tools and insights to transform their leadership approach and create lasting impact within their teams.

The Impact it Made:

SETON leaders experienced significant growth in key areas through the Modern Leadership Program. Here are the standout results:

  • Confidence in unlocking exponential growth in team members grew by 25.86%, reaching 7.3/10.

  • Awareness of how leaders unconsciously help or hinder others’ growth increased by 22.22%, climbing to 7.7/10.

  • Leaders’ ability to bring out the best in their people improved by 19.70%, achieving 7.9/10.

  • Confidence in letting go of control and empowering team members rose by 18.18%, reaching 7.8/10.

  • Awareness of small ways to support emotional well-being every day grew by 17.14%, reaching 8.2/10.

 Notable Scores

  • Leaders recognized the importance of strong leader-team relationships for workplace happiness, maintaining an excellent 9/10 score.

  • Confidence in discussing purpose and meaningful work climbed to 8.5/10.

  • Leaders became highly confident in their approach to supporting their team’s emotional well-being, reaching 8.2/10.

These results are more than numbers—they’re proof of transformation. SETON leaders have stepped into their modern leadership roles with courage, heart, and the skills to create teams that not only succeed but thrive. The ripple effect? It’s just beginning.
