The mediation process
Pre-work
All people complete a People Profile, exploring their purpose, values, and change readiness.
Mediation
We begin our mediation sessions, focusing on the purpose of our partnership, and what we want to achieve together.
Positive Action
Following all mediation sessions, we reflect on the process, and any positive actions we’re taken home.
