Before we begin

We assess your people’s change readiness

Our online assessment reveals how we face and embrace change, based on seven key areas. This tool highlights our strongest traits, and those we could work on to meet change positively.

Evolved from “Sacred Cows Make the Best Burgers” (Krigel and Brandt, 1997), this self assessment identifies where your people experiences challenges, and what they draw upon to overcome adversity and thrive through change.

We build a high impact co-design team together

Your co-design team exists to act as voices for the various pillars of the organisation and any other relevant parties, attending planning sessions with Modern People.

These nominated members will contribute to forming accountabilities, setting milestones, providing artefacts and information from their organisational unit, and overall championing the project outcome throughout the organisation.

We'll make sure we identify all the resources you'll need, create a timeline for implementation, and assign roles and responsibilities to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Scale

Sharing clear information and tools to face and embrace change, including any psychosocial initiatives.

We embed ourselves in your organisation, supporting you through coaching and mentorship, as well as supporting your people to adjust to the new way of working.

Optimise

We'll provide ongoing support, keeping a close eye on progress and making any necessary adjustments.

We'll also help you assess the impact of the change, find ways to make it even better, and establish a sustainable process that can adapt to any future challenges. You'll be well set up to maintain positive change for the long haul.
